Comic Relief 2009
On Friday the 13th March the children all arrived at school dressed in non-uniform with a red theme. They raised over £400 during the day. They had lots of fun at the cake stalls and the book stall and learnt lots about the work that Comic Relief does.
This year the children could decide where the money could be sent.  We learnt about the different projects in our individual classes and voted independently. The votes were added up and and they chose to send it to projects which help children who have no parents and live on the streets in Africa.
A huge thanks to all the children who helped run stalls and for the donations.
