Year 4 sampled a taste of Italy for European Languages Day.

They learnt how to speak and count in Italian thanks to the linguistic skills of Mr Fishwick.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes was leant with the multi-talented Mr Fishwick and the children then taught their own teachers the song.  

We looked at the geography of Italy and wrote diary entries about a holiday to Italy, describing the sights, weather and food.
In the afternoon we got all arty!! Mona Lisa was our focus and all the children created their own versions of the Mona Lisa painting.
